We zijn hier om te helpen

Sherwin Lundall hierna te noemen de Verhuurmakelaar, wil u bedanken voor het kiezen van Amsterdam Rentals om u te helpen bij het zoeken of huren van een woonruimte. Na bezichtiging van een of meerdere woningen, omdat u ons heeft gevraagd u hierbij te helpen, behartigen wij daarbij alleen uw belangen. Dat wil zeggen, het pand bevindt zich niet in onze eigen portefeuille.  Indien een huurovereenkomst tot stand komt, bent u ons voor onze werkzaamheden een vergoeding verschuldigd gelijk aan één maand bruto huur (dus inclusief eventuele servicekosten) exclusief 21% btw.
