Via Amsterdam Rentals kunt u uw Energielabel aanvragen

Het energielabel drukt uit hoe energiezuinig een woning is. Hoe lager het getal, hoe energiezuiniger de woonruimte. Voor het opstellen van een energielabel worden ca. 150 woningkenmerken opgenomen. Het gaat dan om eigenschappen en maatvoering van de vloeren, muren, ramen, panelen, deuren en daken.
