Sherwin Lundall hereinafter referred to as the Rental Agent, would like to thank you for choosing Amsterdam Rentals to help you find or rent a residential property. After viewing one or more properties, as you have asked us to help you in this process,  in doing so we will only represent your interests. That is to say, the property is not in our own portfolio.  If a lease is concluded, you will owe us a fee for our work that is equal to one month of gross rent (i.e.including any service costs) excluding 21% VAT.
